Marine Export Operation Process

1. Receiving orders: After accepting the client's letter of authorization, review the content of the letter of authorization and confirm the entrusted matters

4. Container making: The team obtains the equipment handover form and picks up the containers from the storage yard to load them at the customer's factory. Or the customer directly delivers the goods to the designated storage yard or warehouse

5. Customs declaration: Prepare complete customs declaration documents before starting export customs declaration, and release after passing the customs review

6. Confirmation of bill of lading: prepare the bill of lading according to the letter of authorization and confirm the bill of lading with the customer to ensure the authenticity and accuracy of the content of the bill of lading

7. Payment: Confirm the fee sheet with the customer and charge the relevant fees

8. Sign the bill of lading and mail it to the customer according to the customer's requirements

9. Return of customs declaration form: After one month of export customs declaration, the customs declaration form will be returned to the customer for tax refund verification

10. Exchange of bill of lading at the port of destination: After the goods arrive at the port of destination, the transportation company notifies the consignee to exchange the bill of lading
